We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or fraud is suspected. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We never store your full card number or CVV.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information. Standard UK delivery is 5–7 business days; international delivery times vary by destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
